HTML5 Video MP4 won't load

Hi,
I'm trying to add an HTML 5 video to my page, but when I click Set .Mp4 the MP4 file name doesn't attach after the * like it wasn't recognized.
The file is definitely an MP4 and small in size,
My WordPress and plugins are up to date.Would appreciate any help here.

Sorry that you are experiencing difficulty.
I know you have stated " My WordPress and plugins are up to date. "
To be sure before proceeding could you please make sure:
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
